We offer various forms of security when it comes to your investment, all of which require independent 

solicitors so that everything is protected and above board. Our preferred method of security is to use both a Deed of Trust and Formal Loan Agreement which confirm your interest in the property we are purchasing and the terms of the loan. Other forms of security include First and Second Charges, Joint Venture Agreements & SPV Ltd companies.
